Happy Dab Day-eve everybody! Tomorrow is July 10, a day for dabbing, vaping, eating, and enjoying! We celebrate this special day on 7/10 because 710 upside down spells OIL, aside from that the origins of the holiday are somewhat of a mystery.
What is 7/10?
July 10 may be a lesser-known stoner holiday after 420, but it’s just as much fun😎 While 420 is about all methods of marijuana consumption, 710 shines a light on the cannabis concentrate community specifically. That means any form of concentrates including oil, shatter, budder, honeycomb, crumble, live resin, terp sap, you name it!
Cannabis concentrates are created by extracting the essential oils from a cannabis plant, just like any other essential oil. The oil is extracted through a chemical process using butane or CO2 and then processed to create the desired product.
How do you celebrate?
This is the fun part 😉💨 In the past, the entry fee for this holiday was rather high because it required a dab rig to celebrate. Now, with the introduction of cannabis-oil vape cartridges, it’s a lot easier! Gather your best stoner pals, bring out your oil rig, vape, drops, or THC/CBD-infused drinks or food, and enjoy. Traditionally, you would celebrate at 7:10 am or pm. However, this year we are very lucky that 710 has fallen on a Saturday, so we can celebrate from 7:10 am to 7:10 pm 😍💨
